Reverse Confetti...SFYTT # 19...'Tis the Season!

Hello fellow 'Fetti Fans! I'm back with another RC Christmas card that I made following the fabulous sketch that they have over at Reverse Confetti - SFYTT # 19. I also followed the ColourQ Challenge # 271 but, unfortunately, I didn't get it posted in time to meet the challenge deadline.

Here is the great sketch that they have this month over at Reverse Confetti...I LOVE all the circles. I flipped the sketch so that my sentiment was at the top of the card.

Here is the fun colour combo from ColourQ #271 that I used for this card and it matched the BasicGrey Evergreen 6X6 paper pad that I used too.

For my card I cut different sized circles from the BasicGrey Evergreen patterned paper and cut them out with different sized circle dies from the Reverse Confetti Circles 'N Scallops, Donut You Know and Fresh 'N Fruity Confetti Cuts. I stamped the sentiment from the NEW Reverse Confetti Seasonal Sentiments Stamp Set in Electric Red Premium Dye Ink and cut it out with the Label Me Confetti Cuts. I also cut the holly and berries from felt with the NEW North Pole Wishes Confetti Cuts.  Finally, I embellished with some YNS White Sugar Gumdrops and white AC Hemp cord.

I finished off the inside of the card too. I used the Reverse Confetti Circles 'N Scallops Confetti Cuts for the sentiment panel and stamped another festive sentiment from the  Seasonal Sentiments Stamp set. I added another little felt embellishment by cutting out the holly and berries with the North Pole Wishes Confetti Cuts.

Thanks SO much for popping by and having a little look at my Christmas card for the Reverse Confetti SFYTT # 19

Reverse Confetti...CTD # 322 and Sketch Saturday # 340...Marley Moose!

Hey, fellow 'Fetti Fans! I took a bit of an unplanned, but well needed blogging/crafting break for the last month. I'm glad to say that my stampin' mojo has resurfaced and I spent some time catching up on my Christmas cards! I kicked off my Christmas card making with the super cute Reverse Confetti stamp set called Marley Moose...SO darn cute!

I LOVE this pretty colour combo that they have over at the Color Throwdown # 233 and I LOVE that the colours perfectly coordinate with the BasicGrey Evergreen 6x6 paper pad!

I did a quick search for a sketch to follow and they have a great sketch over at Sketch Saturday # 340! I flipped the sketch around to fit Marley!

I made my card-base from Sweet Tooth Heavyweight Card Stock and cut the main panel with my Rectangle Die-namics from Red Hot and Cotton Candy Heavyweight Card Stock. I just adore the Reverse Confetti Marley Moose Stamp set

The Marley Moose Stamp set includes a bow and a toque accessory stamp. I decided to add the toque and did a little masking...I first stamped the toque on my Copic paper, Neenah Solar White Card Stock, then stamped the toque on Eclipse masking tape. I cut out the mask of the toque and stuck it over the stamped toque image, then stamped Marley over it. When I removed the mask the toque and Marley are all one image with the front of the toque appearing to be in the foreground.

I coloured Marley with my Copics and paper pieced him with the BasicGrey Evergreen patterned paper. I also used my Copic markers to add in some shading and to colour the ribbon and boots.  I embellished with the fabulous Reverse Confetti Let It Snow Confetti Cuts. I also created the snow drifts cut from Sweet Tooth Heavyweight Card Stock with the Reverse Confetti Doin' the Wave Confetti Cuts. I embellished with some white AC Hemp cord and Pine Green YNS Gumdrops.

I finished of the inside of my card, as per usual. I stamped a shadow image of Marley Moose and again, I masked the toque and then stamped Marley. I also stamped one of the cute sentiments from the Marley Moose Stamp set in Red Hot Premium Dye Ink. I added a few more snow flakes cut with the Reverse Confetti Let it Snow Confetti Cuts.

Thanks SO much for stopping by and havin' a wee peek at my Reverse Confetti card with Marley Moose for the Color Throwdown # 322 and Sketch Saturday # 340!
