Today I'm featuring the super cute NEW Monkey Business stamp set and NEW Coordinating Monkey Business Confetti Cuts...adore this sweet monkey! When I saw this little guy I knew I wanted to make a card with a few little peek-a-boo windows for him to pop out of sharing birthday wishes! I used the small die from the Shakers 'N Frames Confetti Cuts to cut three small windows out of the main panel and popped it up over a panel that I inked with Spun Sugar Distress Ink. I coloured up two little monkeys with my Copics and then cut them out with the Monkey Business Coordinating Confetti Cuts. I don't know about you, but I tend to colour up my images before I cut them out. The open-centre style of the Monkey Business Confetti Cuts make it SO much easier to position over an already coloured image.

Here's my second card with the Monkey Business Stamp set and coordinating Monkey Business Confetti Cuts. I cut one window in the Primitive White panel with the medium frame die from the Shakers 'N Frames Confetti Cuts. I inked the panel behind the opening with Peacock Feathers Distress Ink.

I positioned the sweet monkey popping out of the window and coloured up the balloons and party hat images from the stamp set.  I stamped a sentiment from the Monkey Business Stamp set on Sweet Tooth Heavyweight Card Stock layered over a Blu Raspberry flag cut with the NEW Flag Trio Confetti Cuts.  I added a few more festive banners from the Leaping Lions Stamp set and cut them out with the coordinating Leaping Lions Confetti Cuts

Thanks SO much for popping by and havin' a little look at my card for the May Countdown to Confetti with the NEW Monkey Business Stamp set, Coordinating Confetti Cuts and the NEW Stitched Flag Trio Confetti Cuts. Please head on over to the Reverse Confetti Blog for a list of Confetti Crew members sharing sneak peeks with the New May Birthday Release.

I used some pretty papers from the BasicGrey J'Adore 6X6 paper pad and I thought the yellow and cornflower blue was such a pretty and spring-y card. I stamped a sentiment from the NEW Shine From Within Sentiment Stamp set on the polka dot pattern paper from another BasicGrey 6X6 pad cut with the Documented Confetti Cuts. I cut the Lemon Drop Heavyweight Card Stock with the Love Note Confetti Cuts and tucked it under the top corner of the Documented panel. I cut two of the cute suns from the Sun 'N Clouds Confetti Cuts and layered them and embellished with a Lemon Gumdrop and some AC cord. The sketch called for three little circle embellies and so I reached for some pretty Blue Raspberry Gumdrops.

Thanks SO much for stopping by and havin' a little look at my card for the May Reverse Confetti SFYTT # 24! Looking forward to seeing what you make with the May SFYTT!

Reverse Confetti...SFYTT # 23...Birthday Wishes

Hey fellow 'Fetti Fans! Just popping by to share a Reverse Confetti card I made with the NEW Color Me Happy Stamp set and the Roundabout Additions Stamp set! I LOVE the paint strokes and splotches in this fabulous NEW Color Me Happy stamp set and it inspired me to make another paint can/lid card.

Such a pretty colour combo...I used Night Shift Blue, Blu Raspberry, Sno Cone, Spearmint, Steel Grey, Smooth White and Primitive White Heavyweight Card Stock and Premium Dye Ink

I used the SFYTT # still have lots of time to join us for a chance to win a $20 gift certificate to the Reverse Confetti Shop and claim the title of 'Fetti Fave! The link for SFYTT # 23 is open until Noon CST on the 29th!  Join us!

I  cut the Smooth White Heavyweight Card Stock with the Documented Confetti Cuts and stamped with the NEW Color Me Happy Stamp set with various paint strokes and splotches in the set. I cut Nightshift Blue Heavyweight Card Stock the Double Wonky Scalloped Border Confetti Cuts and tucked it under the Spearmint panel.

I used the Circles 'N Scallops Confetti Cuts to cut the base of the "paint can" and smaller "lids" from Smooth White Card Stock. I then stamped them with the stamps from the Roundabouts Stamp set. The solid Nightshift Blue paint can lid is stamped with the backside of the heart stamp. The paint can rims are cut with the Circles 'N Scallops Confetti Cuts and by placing a smaller circle die in the middle to create the frame. The large circle frame is adhered with dimensional adhesive to pop it up and give the illusion of looking into the paint can. I added a little AC cord and a few YNS Gumdrops

I finished off the inside of the card too....I did a little more stamping with the Color Me Happy Stamp set on the Primitive White Heavyweight Card Stock panel and made another "paint can" and a "lid" and added a heart cut with the Love Note Confetti Cuts

Thanks SO much for stopping by and havin' a little look at my card with the April Reverse Confetti  SFYTT # 23 with the NEW Color Me Happy Stamp set

My Favorite Things Stamps...WSC # 223 & CTD # 337...Reach for the Stars

Hello stampin' friends! Thought I better hurry up and make my card for The Color Throwdown with CTD337...such a pretty colour combo! I teamed it up with the MFT Sketch Challenge with MFTWSC223!

I used MFT Heavyweight Card Stock in Orange Fizz, Sno Cone, Kraft, Sour Apple and Whip Cream

and I followed this week's fabulous sketch - MFTWSC223

 photo MFTWSC223_edited-1RS1_zpsv3eqzjdw.jpg

I used Blueprints 1, 2 and the stitched panel from Blueprints 13 I used a large Rectangle Die-namics to create the frame. I stamped the Sour Apple panel with the Wood Plank Background with Memories Pigment Ink in Alligator. I cut the stitched circle with my Stitched Circled STAX and the star from the Star STAX. I stamped the sentiment from Chocolate Brown Premium Dye Ink with a sentiment from LLD Happy Graduation Stamp set. I offset the sentiment on the Whip Cream strip, like on the sketch, leaving a little spot to wrap and tie a Hemp Cord bow.  Finally, I sprinkled about a few pretty blue YNS Gumdrops
